Minimum Order
Our current minimum order for prepaid delivery is $750.00 net. We may increase this minimum during the year if diesel prices continue to be high.
Orders that do not meet this requirement will be charged a $50.00 delivery fee.
Order Cut Off
New orders are accepted until 9:30 a.m. and add on orders are accepted until 10:00 a.m. on the load day. Scheduled deliveries take one to two days
following the load date.
Federal Express Shipments
Quality Janitorial can ship orders by Federal Express and will add charges to your invoice. Federal Express shipments will be processed and shipped
within 36 hours.
Carrier Shipments
Shipments requesting Common Carrier routing will be shipped prepaid and charges added to the invoice.
Customer Pickups
Distributors are encouraged to pick up orders from our warehouse, located at 1276 Hendersonville Rd. in Asheville, NC. Please allow two hours to have
your order pulled and checked. Warehouse hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Credit Policy
Terms are 1% 10 days, Net 11 for approved accounts.
Damaged Goods
Every effort is made to ship all products in sale-able condition. For your protection, please check all merchandise carefully when received. Any
damaged goods should be refused at time of delivery.
Returned Goods Policy
Returned goods will not be accepted without written authorization. Please furnish the original invoice number and date of purchase when requesting
authorization. Authorized returns, that were not the result of an error by Quality Janitorial will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No merchandise will be accepted for return after 60 days from date of purchase. Special order items may not be returned.
